The woodfired teacup is made of a dark clay in Jingdezhen. It is stunning with imperfect shapes and complex surfaces created by the ash during the course of firing using plenty of pine trees for 3 days and nights. It also features the green drips over the metallic brown surface.
The teacup holds roughly 120ml of liquid up to the rim. The wabisabi shape absolutely matches with your palm when you hold the teacup.
